What this site collects.

One thing only: your email address, and only if you choose to leave it in the waitlist form. The site uses no trackers, no cookies, and no analytics.

Why, and who.

• Data controller: the publisher of SuperCloud. Contact: hello@supercloud.fr.
• Purpose: to send you one email when SuperCloud opens, and nothing else.
• Legal basis: your consent, freely given, explicit, and revocable at any time (one-click unsubscribe in every email).

How, and for how long.

• What we keep: your email address, the page language, and a timestamp of your request (proof of consent). No browsing history, no profiling.
• After confirmation, your address is kept until launch and for a short stabilisation period, then purged.
• If you unsubscribe, your address is no longer used. The delete link erases the entire row, address and timestamps.

With whom, and where.

• Cloudflare (hosting the site, the Worker and the D1 database): processor, data hosted in secure data centres, never sold or shared for advertising.
• Resend: sending confirmation, management and launch emails. Routing data is deleted after its technical retention period.
• No data is sold, rented, or passed to a third party.

Your rights.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: a request to the contact address is enough, with a reply within 30 days.

In practice, every email contains a link that removes you from the list and a link that erases your address entirely in one click. The confirmation and unsubscribe pages carry the same links. If you lost them, the form below sends them again.

The two actions are not equivalent. Unsubscribing stops the emails: your address stays in the database, marked so it is never contacted again. Deleting my address erases the entire row, address and timestamps. The degree is yours to choose.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Your links, on request.

If you lost the emails carrying these links, leave your address here: we will send back, in a single message, the unsubscribe link and the delete link. No trackers, no cookies; an email sent only to the address you type, capped at one request per address per hour.
